Abstract

The theory of communism was founded in the 19th century by Karl Marx and Engels. The necessity of communism is that the reorganization of society in order to reconstruct it is a historical necessity. It is interpreted as two-step states of communist philosophy. According to N. Picchamuthu (Literary Movements – N. Picchamuthu, p. 158) no country can come to the second stage of socialism unless it attains the first step of socialism.
