Abstract

Through Sangha literature in general we can learn about the status of women and in particular how women have established themselves from patriarchy. Physical commentary abounds. But here the position of the friend is different. Thozhi is known to be especially compassionate. Although the leader is created as a girl who knows nothing, the friend gets the honor of guiding the leader. Not only that, the leader separated from the honey-sweet leader and married a prostitute. Such a person will one day protect us from the suffering caused by the snake. The friend says that if he wants to separate us, take him to his birthplace. Thus the position of Thozhi is abundantly discussed in Sangha literature.
