Abstract

From ancient times to the present there is no one who does not like sports. Games always hold a prominent place. There are many references to games in Sangam literature. Various Games at the Sangam Age played not only for recreation but also for mental pleasure and health care. This article examines the women’s sports of the Sangam Age.
