Abstract

In order to make the world aware of the greatness of Tamils, the ancient poets have written immortal Tamil literature and left us many rare ideas. It would not be an exaggeration to say that love, valour and devotion are the lifeblood of Tamil literature. Tamil literature has been sung and compiled by various poets in different periods. They have developed into Sangam literature which talks about internal and external issues, followed by Dharma literature, devotional literature which helps to get home and epics of various tastes.
