Following the Sangam age, in Valluvam, which is the repository of knowledge between Tamils and Tamil’s, there is a world view of worldly thinking and upliftment of man. Bharathiyar, who realized that Valluvar belonged to all the people of the world beyond the position that it belonged to a Tamilian, praised him as “Valluvan Thannai Ulakinuke Thantha Vaan Pugazh Konda Tamil Nadu”. These are the transcendences of the time and boundaries of the Valluvar and the realization of its subtle
significance. The unique identity of the Tamil kappiya tradition is the Muthamizh Kaapiyam Silappathikaram. Bharathiyar praised him as the ‘Nenjai Allum ‘Silappathikaram’. Therefore, the three great marks mentioned in it are
1. Those who have made political mistakes is dangerous to their life.
2. The great ones will worship the proud wife.
3. Follow the disaster and take care of it.
